  1. Combine all of the ingredients for the pancakes together and leave the batter to chill for 30-60 min.
  2. Preheat a pan and pour some of the batter on it.Cook the pancakes for about 1-2 min per side.With this batter,you can make 2-3 pancakes.
  3. To make the topping,combine the protein powder with cocoa powder or carob flour and add a little bit of water to them and mix.The consistency should be like a cream.
  4. Spread this over the cooked pancakes and enjoy the sweet taste!
