SAUSAGE,BROCCOLI AND CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE

Ingredients:
  • 1 leeks
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 450 gr raw broccoli
  • 250 gr raw cauliflower
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 250 gr sour cream
  • 200 gr cow cheese
  • 50 gr cow butter (for frying)
  • 2 tbsp dried thyme
  • salt and pepper
  • 500 gr pork or beef sausage
Instructions:

1.Preheat the oven to 250C.2.Cut the vegetables and sausage.3.Fry them in the butter on a pan.4.Put the vegetables in a baking dish.Combine the mustard and sour cream and mix.Pour over the vegetables.5.Add the sausage to the dish and sprinkle with cheese on the top.Season with salt and pepper and bake in the oven for 15 min.5.Serve and enjoy this delicious healthy meal.
