100 gr kale
20 ml wine vinegar
2 tbsp yellow mustard
80 ml extra virgin olive oil
40 gr pitted green olives
40gr pitted black olives
1.Cut the kale leaves.2.Put the mustard and vinegar in a bowl and sprinkle with some salt and pepper.Slowly add the olive oil,while stirring.Add the chopped olives and tomatoes and mix well.3.Divide the kale leaves into portions and pour the tomato and olive mixture over them.4.Serve and have a good time!You can add some feta cheese if you want.
