Cooking Directions:
  1. Combine the ground flax seeds with about 50 ml of water in small bowl and leave it to chill.
  2. Blend the dates with the water in a food processor.
  3. After this,add everything without coconut cream to the food processor and blend again.
  4. Place a baking paper on a cake mold.Pour the brownie batter into it.
  5. Spread the coconut cream on the top of the batter.
  6. Bake for about 40 min on 170C degrees.
  7. After baking,leave the brownie in the fridge to cool down for about 3 hours.
  8. Cut into 8 squares and enjoy!
