Ingredients:

  1. Making the jam:peel the peaches and put them into food processor and blend.
  2. Preheat a pan and add the peaches and chia seeds to it.
  3. Cook on low heat until the mixture is thick.
  4. Remove from the heat and leave to cool down for 10 min.
  5. Making the crust:Put the eggs and dates in the food processor and blend.
  6. Add the cocoa powder and apple flour and blend again.
  7. Pour the mixture into cake mold or form and bake it for 10-12 min on 170C degrees.
  8. Making the cream:Blend the peaches in the food processor.Add the sour cream and stir by hand.
  9. Making the cake:after the crust is baked,pour the cream on the top of it.
  10. Leave it for 10 min to chill.
  11. After that spread the jam and sprinkle with crushed walnuts on the top.
  12. Leave the cake to cool down and after that put in the fridge for 2-3 hour.
  13. Cut into pieces and enjoy!
