1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1 tbsp dried parsley
1 tsp paprika powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp hot red pepper powder
1.Preheat the oven to 250C degrees.2.Grease a baking dish with some oil or butter.3.Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes.Place them in the baking dish and pour the olive oil on them.4.Combine the seasonings in a bowl and sprinkle over the potatoes.Mix well.5.Bake them for about 25 min until they are golden brown.
