Healthy and delicious smoothie with mango for breakfast or just as snack trough the day.

1 tbsp flax seed
20 gr corn for popcorn
1 frozen banana
2 leaves kale
1.Put the flax seeds in a blender and blend until it's ground.Add the corn and blend again.2.Add the peeled and chopped mango,1/3 cup of water,3 ice cubes and kale leaves and blend for about 1 min.3.Serve.
