You can use these low carb tortillas as a base for pizza or any other dishes.
LOW CARB TORTILLAS

2 whole eggs
2 egg whites
170 gr cream cheese
2 tbsp whole wheat flour
1 tbsp coconut flour
1/2 tsp salt
1.Preheat the oven to 200C.2.Beat the eggs with the egg whites with mixer for couple minutes.Add the cream cheese while mixing.3.Combine the salt,whole wheat and coconut flour in a bowl.Slowly add this mix to the egg mixture while stirring.Leave the dough to rise for a while.4.Divide the dough into 4-6 balls and roll them into circular form.5.Bake them for 5 min in the oven.6.Serve with some cooked mince or salad.
