GREEN SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:
  • 50 gr fresh spinach
  • 1 apple
  • 2 carrots
  • 1/2 lemon
Instructions:

1.Wash the apple and carrot and juice them.2.Add the juice to a blender and put the spinach and lemon juice.Blend until smooth.3.Pour into glasses and serve.
