GRAPEFRUIT SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:
  • 750 gr grapefruit
  • 60 gr fresh spinach
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1 ginger root (peeled)
Instructions:

1.Place everything with 1 cup of water and few ice cubes into a blender.2.Blend well.3.Serve and enjoy!
