4 whole eggs
200 gr kale
30 gr cress
150 gr yogurt
1 tsp cury powder
1 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 pinch chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1.Boil the eggs in water.After boiling,leave them to cool down and peel them.Cut into quarters and season with chili powder.2.Combine the yogurt,cury and some salt in a bowl.Add the olive oil and stir.Set aside.3.Chop the kale leaves in a serving plate.Peel and cut the cucumber and place it on the kale.Add the eggs.Sprinkle with cress and cumin and serve.
