FRIED BUTTER CABBAGE

Ingredients:
  • 700 gr fresh cabbage
  • 100 gr cow butter
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
Instructions:

1.Melt the butter on a pan.2.Fry the cabbage in the butter for about 15 min until golden brown.3.At the end reduce the heat.Season with salt and pepper and serve.
