CHEESY BROCCOLI AND CAULIFLOWER

225 gr cauliflower
450 gr broccoli
100 gr leeks
150 gr cow cheese
50 gr cow butter
4 tbsp sour cream
salt and pepper
1.Cut the vegetables and fry them on a pan with the butter.2.Add the sour cream,cheese and season with salt and pepper.3.Stir everything together and serve.4.You can add dried thyme and oregano if want too.You can also add some canned chickpeas for more protein and taste.
