450 gr raw cauliflower
3 whole eggs
1/2 yellow onion
1 tsp salt
1 pinch black pepper
110 gr cow butter (for frying)
1.Cut the cauliflower into tiny pieces.2.Combine the cauliflower with the other ingredients in a bowl and leave it to chill for 5 min.3.Melt the butter on a medium heat in a pan.4.Scoop some of the cauliflower batter and pour on the pan.Spread it to make a pancake.5.Cook for about 3-4 min per side.6.Serve and enjoy.
