125 gr fresh mozzarella cheese
20 gr fresh basil
40 ml extra virgin olive oil
1.Peel and cut the tomatoes into slices.Cut the mozzarella into slices also.2.Place them on a serving plate and sprinkle the basil leaves on the top.3.Pour the olive oil on them and season with some salt and black pepper.4.Serve into two portions and enjoy!
