Great salad for combinations with every type of meat.
BROWN RICE SALAD

200 gr leftover beef meat
2 red onion
250 gr raw brown rice
125 gr cherry tomatoes
1/2 green or yellow bell pepper
2 tsp yellow mustard
1 1/2 tbsp wine vinegar
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp fresh basil
1.Boil the rice and zucchini in the microwave or on the stove.2.Combine the cooked rice and zucchini with the beef,cherry tomatoes,pepper and onion.3.Combine the mustard,olive oil,vinegar and chopped basil.Add to the rice.Season with salt and pepper,mix and serve.
