AVOCADO SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:
  • 400 gr yogurt
  • 1 avocado
  • 15 gr fresh parsley
  • 15 gr fresh fennel
Instructions:

1.Wash the parsley and fennel.Peel the avocado.2.Put everything in a blender with a 1/4 tsp of salt and blend well.3.Serve and drink.
