Yogurt crepes,delicious and healthy variety of the traditional pancakes.Serve them with some maple syrup,honey,peanut butter,chocolate,jam or fruits.Enjoy!

400 gr yogurt
1 tsp baking soda
2 whole eggs
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 pinch salt
1 pinch brown sugar
1/2 cup water
1.Beat the eggs with the sugar and salt.2.Stir the soda into the yogurt and add to the eggs.Mix well.3.Slowly,add the flour and water while stirring.4.Preheat a non-stick pan and cover with a little bit of oil or butter.Pour some of the batter and tilt the pan around to spread the crepe.5.Cook for about 30 sec-1 min per side.If the batter is too thin,add a little bit of flour to thick.6.Repeat the process until all of the batter is gone.Serve and enjoy!
