Delicious and full of vitamins vegetable omelette with rich taste.

1 medium red or green pepper
100gr black olives
2tbsp cow butter
1.Cut all of the vegetables into small cubes.2.Beat the eggs.3.Melt the butter on a pan and cook the vegetables in it until they are soft.4.Pour the eggs in the pan and cook a medium heat like a normal omelette.5.Serve and enjoy.
