200 gr mushrooms that are good for stuffing
30 gr spinach
1 medium red onion
1 garlic clove
30 gr grated parmesan cheese
60 gr cheddar cheese
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp paprika powder
1 tsp dried coriander
1/2 tsp table salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1.Preheat the oven to 180C degrees.2.Scoop out the inside part of the mushrooms and place them in a baking dish.3.Preheat a large pan on a medium heat with 1 tsp of extra virgin olive oil.Dice the onion and garlic and add them to them to the pan.Cook until they are soft.After that,add the spinach and stir everything.5.Add the cheddar cheese to the pan,stir and reduce the heat.After this,add some black pepper,paprika powder,dried coriander and salt.5.Remove the pan from the heat and with a spoon,fill each one of the mushrooms with the mixture.6.Place the mushrooms into the oven and bake for about 20 min or until they are fully cooked.7.Serve and enjoy.
