STUFFED BOILED EGGS

6 whole eggs
3 tbsp (45gr.) light or regular mayonnaise
1 tbsp (15gr.) yellow or dijon mustard
1/2 tsp black pepper for taste
1 sour cucumber pickle
15 gr. fresh celery
15 gr. fresh parsley
1.Boil the eggs well.2.Cut each egg after boiling in two.Remove the yolks and put them in a bowl and with a fork,mash them.3.Add the other ingredients to the bowl with yolks and mix everything well.4.With a spoon,fill each half of the eggs with this mixture.5.If you want low calorie recipe,use only 4 of the yolks.6.Serve and enjoy!You can top them with some pesto or other toppings that you like.
