Healthy version of this chinese meal.
450gr chicken breasts
3tbsp soy sauce
3tbsp olive oil
2tbsp brown sugar
1tsp garlic powder
60gr sesame seeds
1/2tsp black pepper
1/2tsp ground ginger
Combine everything without the chicken in a bowl and mix.
Cut the chicken breasts into pieces and add to the bowl with the other ingredients.
Mix well,cover woth foil and leave it in the fridge for 2 hours to marinate.
Preheat the oven to 180C.
Place a baking paper on a baking dish and place the chicken pieces on it.Pour the marinate on them.
Bake for 5-10min.Flip the pieces half-time to bake on the two sides.
Serve with garnish of steamed broccoli or brown rice.
