135 gr quinoa (uncooked)
330 ml water
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
30 gr raw almonds
125 gr fresh blueberries
190 gr yogurt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
25 gr pumpkin seeds
1.Preheat a pot with the water.Add the quinoa.Leave it to boil.After boiling,reduce the heat and simmer for 12 min until the water is absorbed.Remove the quinoa from the pot and leave it to cool down.2.Peel and cut the oranges.Place them in a bowl.Add the cinnamon,almonds.pumpkin seeds and half of the blueberries to the bowl.Add the quinoa and mix everything well.3.Divide into portions.Sprinkle each portion with the other half of the blueberries.Top with the yogurt and a little bit of cinnamon.Serve.
