OAT AND RAISIN COOKIES

90 gr rolled oats
50 gr whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce
30 gr brown sugar
1 egg white
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
50 gr raisins
2 tsp cinnamon
1.Combine the oats with the flour,cinnamon and baking soda.2.In other bowl,combine the apple sauce,egg white and vanilla extract.3.Add the dry mixture to the wet mixture while stirring.Add the raisins.Mix well4.Place baking paper on a baking dish.5.With a spoon,scoop some of the dough and form it into cookies.Place them on the baking paper.6.Bake on 220C degrees for 10 min.Leave them to cool down and serve.7.Instead of raisins,you can use other dried fruit or chocolate chips.
