Great choice for breakfast.Goes well with some other fruits for garnishing.
LOW CALORIE BANANA MUFFINS

1 cup plain flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 pinch salt
150 gr bananas
30 gr granulated sugar
1 whole egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1.Preheat the oven to 180C.2.Grease with oil or butter a muffin pan.3.In a medium bowl,combine the flour with baking soda,baking powder and salt.Mix.4.In other bowl,combine the mashed bananas,sugar,vanilla extract and egg.Mix well with a mixer or blender.Add the apple sauce.5.Slowly add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients while stirring.6.Divide the mixture into each muffin cup and bake for 15-20 min.7.Serve them chilled.
