HOMEMADE POTATO CHIPS

Ingredients:
  • 1 Medium potato
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 220C degrees.2. Cut the potato into thin slices (4-5mm) and dry them with piece of paper or towel.3. Cover baking dish with baking paper and grease with some oil or butter.4. Place the potato chips,top with some olive oil and season with salt and pepper.5. Bake them for 15-20 min until golden brown and after baking,leave them to cool down.6. Serve and enjoy!
