2 Egg whites
50 gr Plain flour
3/4 cup Milk
1 tbsp Brown sugar
1/4 cup Unsweetened apple sauce
1 tbsp Baking powder
1 pinch Salt
100 gr Whole wheat flour
1. Put every ingredient in a blender or food processor and blend until everything is well combined.2. Preheat and grease a non stick pan.Pour some of the pancake batter on the pan and cook until bubbles are formed.Flip the pancake and cook at other side.Repeat this process for every pancake. 3.Serve with your favourite toppings like maple syrup, honey,peanut butter or fruits.Enjoy!
