GLUTEN FREE COOKIES

100 grams brown sugar
1 whole egg (beaten)
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup reduced fat or natural peanut butter
1.Preheat the oven to 180C. degrees.2.In a bowl,combine all of the ingredients and mix until the mixture is homogeneous.3.With a tablespoon,scoop some of the mixture and place on a parchment or baking paper.4.With a fork,press down on each cookie to make them flat.5.Place the baking or parchment paper on a baking sheet or dish.6.Bake for 15 minutes.7.Serve and enjoy!
