80gr. bio or regular cow butter
130gr. brown sugar
1 tsp (5gr.) ground ginger
1 tsp (5gr.) ground cinnamon
1 whole egg
1 tsp (5gr.) baking powder
160gr. plain flour
60gr. whole wheat flour
50gr. granulated sugar
1.Beat the butter in a large bowl for about 2min.Add the brown sugar,molasses,ground ginger and ground cinnamon and mix very well.2.Add the egg and baking powder.Add the two types of flour also to the bowl and mix with hand mixer or with hands.3.Leave this mixture in a fridge for about an hour to get thick.4.Preheat the oven to 180C degrees.Grease a parchment or baking paper with some butter or olive oil.5.With a spoon or hand form a balls from the mixture with about 2-3cm diameter.6.Combine the granulated sugar with a little bit of cinnamon to make a cinnamon sugar and dip each cookie bowl in this.7.Place the bowls on the baking paper.8.Put the baking paper on a baking sheet or other baking dish and bake for 10-12 min. or until they are golden brown.9.Serve and enjoy!
