EGGS WITH SPINACH AND FETA

3 egg whites
50 gr fresh spinach
1 fresh tomato
1 small onion
30 gr crumbled feta cheese
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
1.You can make this as a scrambled eggs or like an omelet.2.Preheat a pan and cook the diced onion in it until it's golden brown.3.Add the egg whites,diced tomato and spinach and cook for about 10 min.4.1-2 min before removing from the heat,sprinkle with half of
the feta cheese on the top to melt.5.Serve with a sprinkle of the other half of feta cheese and season with some salt and pepper.
