EGGS AND OATS SCRAMBLE

1 whole egg
2 egg whites
40 gr oat flakes
50 ml milk
1.Combine everything in a bowl and mix well.2.Preheat a pan and cover it with some oil or butter.Pour the egg mixture and cook until you like the consistency of the eggs.Like scrambled eggs.3.After it's cooked,serve on a plate.4.Season with some seasonings of your choice.Good combination is chili and black pepper.Also you can add hone,banana or other fruits.
