COTTAGE CHEESE OMELET

Ingredients:
  • 4 whole eggs
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 5 gr fresh mint
  • 20 gr cow butter
  • 70 gr frozen peas
  • 65 gr cottage cheese
Instructions:

1.Beat the eggs with the water and mint in a bowl until well combined.Season with some salt and pepper.Preheat a pan on a high heat.2.Melt the butter in the pan.3.Pour the eggs in the pan.4.In the meantime,boil the frozen peas in a small pot and drain the excess water.5.Sprinkle the boiled peas and cottage cheese over the omelet.Cook until it's ready.Divide into 2 portions and serve.
