350gr chicken breasts
200ml coconut milk
300ml chicken broth
1 ginger root
150gr mushrooms
1tsp chili powder
4 leeks
1 lemon
1tbsp basil

Boil the chicken in water for 15min.
In other pot,pour the coconut milk,chicken broth,the white part of the leeks,chopped ginger and mushrooms.Simmer for a little bit.Add the chili and simmer for 15min.
After the chicken is ready,cut it into cubes and add to the pot with soup.
Season with salt,pepper and basil.Add the lemon juice for flavour.Garnish with the green part of the leeks.Serve.
