500gr tomato sauce
240gr whole wheat macaroni or spaghetti
4 chicken drumsticks
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 cup red wine
1 big onion
3 garlic cloves
2tbsp olive oil
50gr fresh basil
50gr fresh parsley
4tbsp grated parmesan cheese
In a large pan,pour the olive oil and cook the chicken until golden brown.After that,remove the chicken from the pan.
Add the onion and garlic to the pan and cook until brown.After that,add all of the vegetables and steam for 10min.
Add the steaming,add the tomato sauce,wine and nutmeg.Cook for 20min.
Return the chicken to the pan.Simmer for 20min while stirring.
In the meantime,boil the macaroni.
Serve with 1 portion of macaroni
,little bit of sauce on them and 1 chicken drumstick on the top.Sprinkle with some parmesan on the top.This recipe is for 4 portions.
