Great soup which can be made really fast,but it's so delicious.You can change the flavour with different types of sausage every time.It's perfect meal for starter or just a basic meal for lunch or dinner with your lovely family.This recipe serves 6 people.You can refrigerate it for a later meal if you want.Just warm it up before eating and enjoy this tasty and rich in flavours,delicious soup.
BLACK BEANS WITH SAUSAGE SOUP

540 gr canned black beans
1 large onion
1 celery stalk
2 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 medium potato
400 ml chicken broth
780 gr skinless canned tomatoes
170 gr beef or pork sausage
1.Wash and cut the products.2.Preheat a large pot with a little bit of extra virgin olive oil.Add the onion,carrot and celery stalk.Cook on a medium heat until the vegetables are soft.3.Add the dried oregano,garlic,potato,chicken broth and canned tomatoes.Cook until it's become to boiling.After boiling,add the sausage.Reduce the heat,cover the pot and simmer for at least half an hour until all of the flavours are combined.4.Drain the canned black beans from the excess water and wash them in the sink.Add the them to pot with soup.Cook for a while.Add some table salt and black pepper and stir to combine.5.Serve the soup with slice of toasted whole wheat or whole grain bread.6.Enjoy!
