Perfect,rich in fiber salad.

1 can beans
1 can corn
1 tomato
100gr leeks
1 avocado
juice from 1 lime
1tsp olive oil
60gr fresh coriander

1.Drain the beans and corn from the excess water and combine them in a bowl.
2.Peel and cut the avocado and tomato into cubes.
3.Add them to the bowl.
4.Add the chopped leeks to the bowl.
5.Season with the lime juice,fresh cut coriander,olive oil,salt and pepper.
6.Mix everything and serve.
