Great breakfast,full of fibre and really delicious and healthy.
BANANA & PEANUT BUTTER OATMEAL

1 large banana
1/4 cup milk or yogurt
25 gr oat flakes
2 tsp peanut butter
1.Cut the banana into pieces and with the milk or yogurt,place in a blender.Blend well.2.Put the oats in a bowl and pour the banana mixture over them.Mix well.3.Put the bowl in a microwave for 30 sec.Stir and put it back for another 30 sec.4.Add the peanut butter,stir and serve.You can sprinkle some chocolate flakes on the top.
