ZUCCHINI MEATBALLS

4 small zucchinis
1/2 onion
1 garlic clove
1 egg
15gr fresh fennel
15gr. fresh parsley
100gr cow cheese
50gr corn flour
1tbsp sunflower oil
1tsp salt

Grate the zucchinis.
Salt and leave them for an hour.After that,drain the excess water.
Grate the onion and drain the excess water.Crush the garlic clove.
Put the zucchinis in a bowl.
Add the other ingredients to the bowl also.Mix with hands and form a meatballs.
Put a baking paper on a baking dish and place the meatball on it.
Bake them on 180C degrees until golden brown.
