Different idea for salad.
200gr canned corn
100ml olive oil
juice from 1 lemon
3 garlic cloves
salt and pepper
Cut the zucchinis into cubes.Chop the onion.
In a bowl,combine the zucchinis,onion and corn with 1tbsp olive oil.Season with salt and pepper.Put this in a baking dish and bake for 20min on 180C degrees or until soft.
Boil the lentils with 3-4cups of water.After it's become to boil,reduce the heat and simmer for 20min.
Boil the couscous.
For the dressing:Crush the garlic.Combine it in a bowl with the other part of olive oil,lemon juice,vinegar,salt and pepper.Mix well.
In a large salad bowl,combine the boiled lentils and couscous with the baked vegetables and dressing.Mix and serve.You can eat warm or cold.
