12gr. dry yeast
300ml warm water
1 1/2tbsp salt
3tbsp sunflower oil
2 cups wheat flour
2 cups whole wheat flour
2 tbsp granulated sugar

Pour the water in a bowl.Add the yeast and mix.Add a pinch of sugar.Stir and leave it for 5-10min.
After that,add the salt,oil and the 2 cups of wheat flour.Mix.Gradualy,add the other 2 cups of whole wheat flour,while stirring with hand.
Knead for about 10min.
Cover a large bowl with oil,and put the dough in it.Leave it for 30-60min.
This dough is for 2 medium pizzas. Divide it into two parts,roll out and garnish with toppings of your choice.
When the pizza is ready,bake for 20-25min. on 220C degrees.
