Classic salad with chicken.

2 chicken breasts
1 large apple
50gr celery root
200gr grape
100gr light mayonnaise
100gr walnuts
50gr raisins
50gr leeks
50gr sunflower seeds
juice form 1 lemon
salt and pepper

Bake or boil the chicken and cut into cubes(1-2cm).
Peel and cut the apple into cubes,cut the celery and leeks also.Cut the grape into two.Crush the walnuts.
Add everything in a bowl and mix.
Season with salt and pepper and little bit of lime juice.You can add an orange juice if you want.If you want a low calorie salad,use yogurt instead of mayonnaise.
