2 garlic cloves
800gr canned tomatoes
400gr canned beans (white)
90gr grated parsmesan cheese
2tsp olive oil
Preheat a pan with olive oil.
In large pot,boil the linguine.
Add the crushed garlic to the pan with olive oil and sautee for 1min.
After this,add the tomatoes and beans.
Add the spinach,reduce the heat,cover the pan and steam for 10min.
Stir after every 2min.
Drain the boiled linguine and serve on plates with some of the mixture in the pot on the top.
Grate some parmesan cheese also on the top and enjoy!
