Balanced and delicious meal!
2 tuna fillets
2tbsp olive oil
2tbsp soy sauce
black pepper to taste
pinch of coriander
50gr. sesame seeds
Combine the honey,soy sauce,olive oil,pepper,coriander and ginger in a bowl.
Pour the mixture on the two fillets and let sit for 1hour in fridge.
Cook the broccoli like you want.You can boil or steam them.
On a plate add the sesame seeds and dip the marinated fillets in them.
Cook the fillets.You can grill or bake them into oven.
Serve the cooked fish with some of the boiled or steamed broccoli.
