4 medium potatoes
3/4cup fat-free cottage cheese
2tbsp fat free yogurt
1-2tsp hot red pepper
salt and pepper
2tbsp grated parmesan cheese
With a fork,make a holes in the potatoes.Bake them on 220C degrees for one hour.
Cut them lengthwise in two and scoop some of the "meat" of the potato.
Put the "meat" in a bowl and mash.Add the other ingredients without the parmesan and mix.
With a spoon divide the mixture and place it in each potato half.Sprinkle with parmesan on the top of each one.
Bake them for 15-20min until golden brown.
