Tasty and healthy vegetarian idea.

1 onion
180gr. spinach
2 eggs
3 egg whites
100gr. plain flour
1/2tsp baking powder
1/4tsp hot red pepper
1 cup milk
10gr. feta cheese
1tsp sunflower oil

Preheat the oven to 220C degrees.
Cover a circular baking dish with oil.
Chop the onion and fry on a medium heat in a pan until soft.
Add the spinach to the pan and steam until spinach is soft.
Remove from the heat.
In a large bowl,whisk the eggs,egg whites,flour and baking powder.
Add the milk while stirring.
Add the cooked onion and spinach also to the bowl.
Pour this mixture in the baking dish and sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese on the top.
Bake for 20-25min.
Let it cool and serve.
