SPAGHETTI CARBONARA

Homemade recipe.

3 bacon strips
130gr. butter
3 egg yolks
150gr grated parmesan
500gr whole wheat spaghetti
50ml milk

Melt some of the butter on a pan and cook the bacon in it.After it's cooked,remove from the heat and cut into pieces.
Boil the spaghetti.
For the sauce:In a bowl,combine the softened butter with the parmesan and yolks and stir to become like a cream.If the consistency is too thick,add a little bit of milk.Add pepper to taste.
Drain the boiled spaghetti and put it back in the pot.Add the bacon and the sauce to them.
Mix well and serve!
