SIMPLEST PANCAKES

One of the easiest recipes for healthy and tasty pancakes!

Ingredients:
1 banana
2 eggs
1tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
Liquid sweetener or stevia (optional)

Cooking:
Preheat a pan.
I an large mixing bowl,mash the banana.
Add the eggs,cinnamon and baking powder to it.
Mix it well.
Spray a non stick cooking spray or Olive oil on the pan.
Pour some of the batter on the pan and cook the pancakes for about 1-2 min per side.
Serve with yours favourite toppings and Enjoy!
