1 chili pepper
juice from 1 lime
1tbsp orange juice
2tbsp brown sugar
1tsp sunflower oil
4 salmon filets
1/4tsp black pepper
Cut the strawberries into small pieces and dip them in the sugar.
Peel and cut the kiwi.Cut the cucumber.Chop the leeks and the pepper.
For the salsa:In a bowl,mix the strawberries,,kiwi,cucumber,leeks,chili pepper,orange and lime juice.
Cover the bowl and it sit for 30min. in the fridge.
Preheat the oven to 220C degrees.Cover a baking dish with the oil.Place the fillets in the baking dish.
Bake them for 8-10min.Season with black pepper.
Serve on a plates with little bit of salsa.If you want,you can add green salad or brown rice to this meal.
