Strange but delicious combination.
50gr. maple syrup
50gr. dijon mustard
2 salmon fillets
Mix the mapple syrup and mustard in a zip-lock bag.Put the salmon fillets in the bag to marinate for about an hour.
Preheat the grill and grill the fillets for 2-4mins per side.
You can bake them in foil for 20min on 220C degrees.
