750gr. canned tomatoes
220gr. green beans
1 green pepper
2tbsp lemon juice
3 medium zucchini
2tbsp grated parmesan cheese
Drain the tomatoes and save the liquid.Cut them.
In a baking dish,combine the tomatoes,liquid from the can,chopped onion,green beans,okra,pepper,lemon juice and the seasonings.
Cover the dish with something and bake for 15min on 150C degrees.
In the meantime,cut the zucchini and eggplant and add them to the dish with other vegetables.
Put the dish back in the oven for 60-70min until vegetables are soft.
When it's baked,sprinkle with parmesan on the top and serve!
